We are saddened by the fact that your experience did not quite match your expectations during your stay with us. We also regret for any discomfort with the mattresses and the presence of unwanted visitors in your room. We believe that it is very common in tropical places to these tiny creatures with this kind of foliage present in every island. Our pest control team is nonetheless, putting a lot of effort in order such occurrence will be minimal to nil. We would like to emphasize that significant improvements have been made to the resort since your stay with us in April 2022. We sincerely hope for the opportunity to welcome you back, so you can experience these enhancements firsthand. Nevertheless, we are glad to hear that you did not miss the chance to pamper in the healing treatments from our therapist and you have taken the advantage of our Spa offers.
