Dear valued guest, I have now read your review on Holidaycheck.de and I want to thank you for your feedback. We take ALL feedback seriously and act upon feedback. Since your stay at our hotel, we have introduced and completed a major RENOVATION programme which includes: A brand new bar & lounge called the CRAYFISH BAR & LOUNGE ALL 70 rooms and 3 suites have brand new flat screen HD TV ALL double rooms have brand new extra-long QUEEN SIZE beds ALL rooms have extra-wide duvets ALL rooms & en-suites have been deep cleaned and renovated The PENGUIN RESTAURANT has been renovated with new chairs and décor Namibia's BEST Executive Chef was recently employed and the last 10 restaurant reviews on Trip Advisor are excellent We also now have Mountain Bike rentals and beauty treatments will be available at the hotel soon NEW signage has been introduced everywhere NEW N$100 only menus are available in the NEW CRAYFISH BAR & LOUNGE. I am sure that once you read about all these improvements that you will now want to return to our hotel! Also, ALL the old buildings on the way to our hotel along DIAZ STREET have been completely removed. PS. Please do look at our new images on this website. Thank you/Danke.
