Leider muss man schon vor dem Frühstück 15-20 Minuten anstehen um in das Restaurant zu kommen. Für Buchung des Abendessen einem der A-la-Carte-Resaurants standen wir um 8:30 über 30 Minuten an: dann war alles schon ausgebucht und wir wurden weggeschickt (der Manager war anwesend!).

However, let us offer for you some additional information, missing in your review. 1. The a la Carte Restaurants operate during lunch (Cretan, Italian, Sushi) and dinner time (Cretan, Italian, Sushi, Asian, Mexican). The time you came to book the meal at one of the a la Carte Restaurants, there were many available tables, but you did not want to accept them, since you wished to have your meal at a specific time, and the tables for this specific time you wished were already occupied. 2. Due to the exceptional bad weather conditions during a couple of days in the beginning of April, it was a quite cold at the terrace of the Main Restaurant, and almost all the guests preferred to stay inside of the restaurant. That is why you could see some guests queuing and waiting for the tables inside. Despite that if our hotel did not fulfil some of your expectations during your recent stay, we hope to have the chance to impress you next time, hopefully in the near future and definitely under better weather conditions.
