We are pleased to read your comments regarding the overall hotel experience, while at the same time we are sorry that several aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the buffet variety and food experience, we regret that it felt limited during your stay. Please kindly note that our Executive Chef and Nutrition Specialist are continuously present on-site and available to assist guests with any preferences or specific dietary requests, including alternative options whenever possible. We sincerely regret any difficulty you experienced related to à la carte restaurants reservations. Please let us kindly note that we have designed an online reservations system, so all guests can book a table online even before arrival through our official website from the moment of the hotel booking, by using a reservation ID.   Concerning room size and storage space, we would like to kindly note that Mitsis Selection Rinela offers a total of 19 different room categories, all of which are clearly presented on our official website, including detailed information about size and room facilities. This allows guests to select the accommodation type that best suits their needs and preferences prior to arrival. We always encourage guests to review these options in advance so the most suitable category can be chosen. Regarding aircraft noise, as stated on our official website, the hotel is located approximately 10 km from Heraklion Airport and lies within its flight path. For this reason, some level of aircraft noise may occasionally be noticeable. While many guests value the convenience of the short transfer distance and our beautiful beach location, we fully understand that this may affect others differently, and we always aim to provide transparent information before booking. With regard to the children’s pool temperature, we regret that it did not meet your expectations during your stay. Pool temperatures are maintained in line with seasonal operating standards, which may vary depending on weather conditions. We would also like to kindly clarify that the cups used in our pool and beach areas are not plastic, but recycled polycarbonate materials. This is part of our strong environmental policy and sustainability commitment. In addition, this practice is also in full compliance with health and safety regulations, as glass is strictly prohibited in pool areas for guest safety reasons. While we regret that your overall impression was not fully positive, your comments are valuable to us and help us continuously improve our services and facilities.
