Dear Madam , Your hotel Rinela Beach is very glad for your review. We are proud to hear that we managed to provide you with an enjoyable and memorable stay and that you stayed satisfied with our hotel facilities and offered services. It is great to know that you loved our total cleanliness, our wide range of food and drinks, our friendly personnel, our neat pool area and beach and our lovely theme restaurants. As for the loungers' reservation please allow me to make a remark. Our hotel is against such kind of reservations and we inform our guests upon arrival with a note. Our Assistant Hotel Manager daily patrols the pool areas and the beach areas and makes notes. First he monitors the situation, after some time he leaves a note to remind to our guests that reservations are not allowed and then after some time if the loungers stay still without supervision, he collects the towels and the belongings, he packs them and leaves them to our Main pool bar from where our guests can take them back. This system is followed from 07:00 till 12:30. I hope I managed to explain to you at least a bit this situation. Thank you for entrusting us your holidays and for recommending us.
