Ich und meine Schwester wollte in diesem Hotel einen Erholungsurlaub machen, doch was wir vorfanden war echt das letzte. Wir hatten all inclusive gebucht und dachten uns das dass eine gute Idee wäre, aber nicht in diesem Hotel. Von all inclusive könnte man nicht reden denn zum Beispiel die Getränke die inclusive waren waren entweder mit billigem Alkohol überlagert wie es bei dem Teckila Sunrise war, außerdem waren vom ca. 30 Cocktails genau 5 inclusive. Das nächste waren die liegen am Strand wenn man die normal liegen hatte könnte man von Glück reden wenn man Schatten bekam von dem winzigen Sonnenschirmen die dort aufgestellt waren und wollte man unter ein Baldachin um sich nicht zu verbrennen so zählte man 15€ für einen Tag. Ich könnte hier jetzt einen Ellen langen Text verfassen was dort alles schief Gegenden ist vom ungenießbaren essen (Ausgenommen Vorspeisse und Frühstück) bis hin zum unfreundlichen Rezeptions Personal (Chef rezeptionistin : wegen WLAN Beschwerde: ,, Sie machen hier ja nur Urlaub, Wir müssen hier Arbeiten deswegen brauchen sie das WLAN ja nicht). Der Einzige wirklich Positive Aspekt war das Spa das von sehr kompetent Mitarbeitern geführt wird. Wir bekamen eine Klasse Beratung und tolle Angebote. Der Service war eins A im Spa. Etwas wichtiges sollte noch noch hervor heben: Jeden Samstag um 13:00 gibt es ein holidaycheck treffen an der Rezeption um seine Bewertung abzugeben. Diese werden meiner Meinung nach sortiert und nur die guten Bewertungen schaffen es Schluss endlich hier herein. Nie Wieder Mythos Palace einfach nur das letzte!!!!!!!!! Ich Entschuldige mich für Rechtschreibfehler.

Dear Mrs. Jacky, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent summer holidays at Mythos Palace Resort & Spa on Holiday Check. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced while you were a guest at our hotel. Our goal is always to provide the the best possible experience to all guests, something that we did not achieve this service goal for you and your sister. According the all inclusive drinks there are local spirits (gin, rum, vodka, whisky,brandy...) and any combination of them with soft drinks or fruit juice is included but there are also fixed all inclusive cocktails( gin fizz, tecquila sunrise, vodka orange/lemon, cuba libre, creta aunset, sirocco....) so the guests can find something thats fit to any taste. The umbrellas on the beach are on standard hotel size for 2 sunbeds and for the all inclusive guests are free of charge such as at the pool. The gazebo (pavillion) on the beach are so big for three sunbeds and the top is sail cloth and there are curtains of the same cloth, also at the price of 15 euros is included bottle of water and fresh fruits. The internet at the hotel is wi-fi and it is free of charge all over and at the beach. For a short period (less than 2 days) there was a problem that was from the cental provider at the area of Kavros. I personally offered (and still do) my computer in my office for the guests who need to work or to print something, the same i did also with you and your sister. At the reception area every Saturday there is a lady with a tablet for gather our guests opinion and i am sure that if you decided to write your opinion she did not denied that to you. I also would like to thank you that the Spa Center staff provided you the best service and you relaxed.
