Innerhalb von 8 Jahren waren wir nun zum 7. Mal hier. Aus folgenden Gründen: Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr großzügig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Durchweg angenehme und gesittete andere Gäste. Geschmackvoll gestaltete und gute Restaurants über die ganze Anlage verteilt. Wir hatten diesmal nur mit Frühstück gebucht und würden dies in Zukunft immer so machen. Die à la carte Restaurants sind sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. In jedem sitzt man sehr schön und wird hervorragend bedient. Das gesamte Service Personal ist gut geschult, aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team der Odysseus Bar und das Team beim Frühstück (rechte kleinere Terrasse). Es ist alles perfekt eingespielt. Nie muss man warten: man bekommt sofort einen Tisch, wartet keine 2 Minuten auf seinen Kaffee am Morgen, Teller werden sofort abgeräumt. Am Buffet wird nie etwas leer, alles wird vorher aufgefüllt. Der Service ist wirklich super. Das liegt sicher auch daran, dass hier zum Glück ausreichend Personal eingestellt wird. Weitere positive Dinge: die Sportanlagen (Tennisplätze, Mini Golf etc) sind in einem außergewöhnlich guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Zu jeder Tageszeit sind die Toiletten um die Pools herum immer sauber geputzt. Unser Zimmer wurde sehr gründlich geputzt. Jedes Jahr gibt es etwas Neues zu entdecken. Dieses Jahr die neuen Familienzimmer und die wirklich gut gelungene neue Gestaltung der Odysseus Bar. Hier waren wir fast jeden Mittag für einen Snack oder abends auf ein Getränk. Trotz aller Begeisterung sind ein paar Anmerkungen notwendig: obwohl wir wussten, welche Zimmer Kategorien es gibt, würden wir kein Standard Familienzimmer mehr buchen. Obwohl das Bad sehr sauber war, die Badewanne als Dusche geht eigentlich gar nicht mehr, mit Vorhang und viel zu eng. Wir buchen nächstes Mal eine andere Kategorie. Auch wenn wir schon gehört hatten, dass sich der Strand sehr verkleinert hat, waren wir etwas geschockt, wenn man weiß wie der Strand vorher aussah. Da kann natürlich das Hotel nichts für und es hat uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Schade ist, dass die Bali Betten auf der Liegewiese kostenpflichtig sind und deshalb auch von fast niemandem genutzt wurden. Deshalb standen sie unbenutzt rum und haben einen Teil der Liegewiese weg genommen. Nichtsdestotrotz: das beste Hotel für den Sommerurlaub. Egal in welchem Land und Hotel wir sonst so waren, unsere Kinder wollen immer wieder ins Neptune. Und wir auch. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder.

Regarding the beach area, we acknowledge that the central section may be narrower than what it was in the past due to the northern winds. However, we want to assure you that we constantly working to maintain its condition and invest important resources for this. As you may already know, we have added one more section next to the Sail & Surf Centre with ample sunbeds and space. We strive to provide our guests with various options to enjoy the beach and make the most of their time by the sea. Moreover, we regret that you were not fully satisfied with the standard room that you stayed. We want to assure you that we are in the process of renovating our standard rooms and all of them will eventually be transformed into Superior twin rooms. We hope that on your next visit, you will have the opportunity to experience these refurbished rooms firsthand.
