Auf gar keinen Fall 5 Sterne wert, Lage und Strand des Hotels jenseits von Gut und Böse, allein zu einer Bushaltestelle sind es fast 1 1/2 Kilometer!
Zimmer in Ordnung, allerdings niemals 5 Sterne!! War bisher immer nur in 5 Sterne Hotels, dieses Zimmer hier war das Schlechteste!
Qualität vom Essen sehr gut, Preis Leistung nachmittags vom Essen zum Trinken sehr unverhältnismäßig, Getränke viel zu teuer!
Bis auf den letzten Tag, vermutlich aufgrund Personalmangel, sehr guter Service im Essensbereich, was man vom Personal an der Rezeption auf gar keinen Fall behaupten kann. Auf den Wunsch, das Zimmer zu wechseln, würde überhaupt nicht eingegangen! Hatten ein Zimmer vor einem riesigen Baum, bereits vor 5 Uhr morgens ging das unbeschreiblich laute Vogelgezwitscher lis, an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken! Allgemein sehr arrogantes und unfreundliches Personal am Empfang. Am Ende nicht einmal gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war, geschweige ein Dankeschön!!
Total abseits, sehr weite Wege zu einer Bushaltestelle. Taxi in das nächste Dorf Mastichari einfache Strecke 12 €, was sich zudem überhaupt nicht lohnt, weil es wie ausgestorben dort ist, null Charme!
