Wir sind seit 10 Jahren In diesen Hotel es war echt super aber es wird ein Ramsch Hotel nur noch Kleinkinder man findet keine Ruhe mehr ! Wir haben uns für 2019 ein anderes Hotel ausgesucht ! Ja neptune das wars so kann man sich die Stammkunden vergraulen ! Schade eigentlich!

Children make up for about 10% of the occupancy of our hotel and this percentage has been the same for the last 10 years as we kept the same philosophy regarding children. Some of our guests indicated that they would appreciate some quiet areas in our hotel and therefore we created an adult’s only pool last year and we concern ourselves with creating more quiet areas in the future. It is a pity to hear that due to the number of children you do not want to visit our hotel again in the future. We would like to wish you all the best. Yours sincerely,
