Dear Bettina, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your holidays with us. It is a pleasure to read that you were so satisfied with your stay with us and especially with the rooms and the sea view, our services and the food we serve at the various Restaurants. We regret to hear that the sound of the air conditioning from the Osteria restaurant bothered you. It is only operating when the Restaurant is open and therefore should not produce any sound during the night as Osteria is closed then. It is a pity that you did not inform our Reception with regards to your preference of a double bed. We would have gladly organized turning the two twin beds into a double bed for more comfort.
