Wir warenüber den 60ten Geburtstag meinen Mannes hier. Als wir am Abend in unserem Zimmer ankamen, waren darin über 30 Grad. Das Zimmer liegt den ganzen Tag über in der Sonne, oberster Stock ohne Überdachung vom Balkon, und es war keine Klimaanlage an. Die Klima war auch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und brachte leider nur eine schlechte Leistung. Bei unsere Beschwerde sagt man uns, aus umweltfreundlichen Aspekten, macht man die Klimaanlage nicht an?! Es war ein älteres kleines Zimmer mit alter Badewanne und Duschvorhang. Bei unsere Beschwerde haben wir mitbekommen, dass viele Urlauber sich über Ihre Zimmer beschwert haben und dann 1-2 Tage später umziehen konnten. Es gibt zwischen den einzelnen Zimmern erhebliche Unterschiede... Das hatten wir uns so für den 60ten nicht gewünscht.

Dear Andrea, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write your review and share your experiences with us and we regret to hear that we were not able to fulfill your expectations during your recent stay in our hotel. It is correct that the air-conditioning in the rooms is not turned on before the arrival of our guests for environmental reasons. This, as we usually are not informed about the arrival time of our guests and we do not want the air-conditioning to run without any reason. Also, it takes max. 10 minutes to cool the room. Whenever you think the air-conditioning is not working properly, please contact the Reception in order to have a technician look at it as usually these matters can be solved easily. Further to your comment about the “old rooms”, we would like to inform you that we are currently in the middle of a major renovation project in the hotel and when we finish, all the rooms will be renovated. We do hope that after the complete renovation all our rooms will comply to your expectations.
