We're delighted to know that you found our resort clean and our staff friendly. It's important to us that you had an enjoyable stay. Regarding the beach, we understand your observation about the natural erosion of the sand in the central part. This transformation is a natural process that occurs frequently on the northern shores. We are continuously working to mitigate this issue and provide the best possible beach experience for our guests. Further to this, we would like to mention that our beach is divided into three sections, and we have added a new section near the Sail & Surf Centre to offer a spacious area for relaxation and enjoyment for all our guests. Concerning the drinks prices, and although we value your remarks, we assure you that are equivalent to a 5* hotel and do not exceed a reasonable pricing policy considering the crisis we are all facing. We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our cocktails; and although the majority of the reviews we have about the quality of our cocktails are very positive, we'll review this matter with our bar team to ensure our offerings meet our guests' expectations. On a positive note it's wonderful to see you had a very satisfactory stay overall.
