Hier ist der Kunde garantiert kein König.. Mieser Service außer Putzfrau.. man kommt sich wie ein Bittsteller, vor. Kurze Öffnungszeiten für Fitness Center und SPA.. bis 19:30 das ist lächerlich.. schlechte Dienstleistung und Management.. Anlage sehr weitläufig, nichts mit kurzen Wegen..
Nur die Putzfrau hat Ihre Arbeit gut gemacht..

We regret to hear that you did not appreciate our service as this is usually rated very high by all of our guests. In fact, for the great majority of our repeaters, it is the reason they return to our hotel year after year. We are a bit surprised about your comments with regards to the opening hours of our Fitness Centre and Spa. The Fitness Centre is open from 07:00 hrs. till 19:00 hrs. and our Spa is open from 09:30 hrs. till 19:30 hrs. and usually our guests find this is sufficient.
