We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful, spacious atmosphere of our resort and appreciated the wide range of activities, especially those tailored to children. We are sorry to read that some other elements of your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. In terms of accommodation, most of our rooms have been recently renovated, and while the apartments have not yet been updated, they are maintained to the highest standards. On our website and booking platforms, we provide detailed descriptions and photos of all room types to ensure transparency about what we offer. Therefore, we regret that your room did not live up to your expectations. We were surprised and disappointed by your comments about the buffet, as we typically receive very positive feedback regarding the quality and variety of dishes we offer daily. Regarding the pricing at our à la carte restaurants, we believe they are appropriate considering the hotel category and the quality of services we provide. We regret that you do not share our perspective.
