We were disappointed by your comments concerning the additional costs. Please note that we operate as a Half Board hotel, rather than an All-Inclusive one. It is common for hotels of this type to have certain facilities that are not included in the price. We clearly outline this information in all our descriptions, and we regret that you may have overlooked it. Notably, many of our sports facilities and daily activities such as the gym, beach volleyball, water aerobics, archery, and more are offered free of charge.
