Dear Tina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. We are disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We also regret that you felt the need to rate us so low and that you don’t recommend the hotel because you only disagree with the drinks prices and because some of the fitness programs are at a fee. We want to assure you that the prices of our drinks, are in line with those of other 5-star hotels, and are consistent with the level of service and quality we provide. Also, and due to the worldwide economic challenges we are all facing, we were forced to slightly adjust our prices, although we absorbed the majority of the increases and passed just a fraction to our guests. Concerning the sports options, we do provide a wide variety of activities, of which only a few are subject to an additional charge. All our guests can enjoy breakfast till 10:30AM and drink as many coffees as they like here. As soon as our breakfast closes, the Bars open and coffee can be ordered there instead.
