Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, Management jedoch wirklich nicht fähig. Zu viele unschöne Verhaltensformen. Auch für 5 Sterne fehlt jede Menge!

Wenn wir das vor fast einem Jahr gebuchte Zimmer erhalten hätten. Wir wurden in 1101 gepackt, ohne Info, Zimmer auf und Schock, zur Straße, nur kleiner Balkon mit zwei Plastikstühlen, unter einer rostigen Treppe. Wir hatten Deluxe gebucht.

Ambiente beim Essen

Fünf Sterne, beim Essen zu viel Schlechtes. Immer zu wenig Teller und keine Abwechslung. Abends nur Äpfel und morgens nur Bananen. Morgens kein Sekt, kein Fisch, Rührei aus dem Karton. Immer der gleiche Kuchen und Gebäck. Abends wurde eine Stunde vor Ende der Essenszeit der Nachtisch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Essen extrem Deutsch und Italienisch, kaum griechisch. Sehr hohe Preise für Bier und Cocktails. Bier 0,33 l aus der Minibar fette 7,00 Euro, das ist mehr als auf den Malediven.

Es gab einen ruhigen Pool an den Zimmern. Ein großer Pool am Strand. Dort lief aber pausenlos Musik, die leider immer bis zur äußersten Strandliege zu hören war, oft auch noch ähnliche Musik aus dem Restaurant, die dann beide zu hören war. Sehr schade nicht mal ne Stunde das Meer zu hören … entscheiden zu können war man möchte. Es gab am Donnerstagmittag zwei Stunden schöne Livemusik am Pool und gleichzeitig lief Musik am Restaurant. Die Strandtücher gab es immer erst ab 10:00 Uhr, so musste man abends Tücher mit ins Zimmer nehmen…. Völlig unlogisch.

Der Strand besteht aus schwarze kleine Steinchen und wenn man ins Wasser möchte muss man extrem aufpassen da es sehr viele große Steine und Platten hat. Es gibt keine Stelle wo man so reingehen kann. Das Wasser war toll wenn man aufpasst.

Concerning breakfast and dinner, our culinary offering includes a wide variety of options each day. At breakfast, guests can choose from multiple egg preparations, including boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, and additional egg dishes prepared fresh by our team. The buffet also features Greek cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, salads, yoghurts, granola, pastries, croissants, sweet selections, and many other local and international options. Sparkling wine is available upon request, and our restaurant team is always happy to assist guests with special preferences. Similarly, during dinner, our buffet includes a minimum of three fruit varieties, several dessert selections, multiple salads, starters, fish, meat, chicken, and Greek-inspired cooked dishes, alongside international choices. Our team continuously replenishes the buffet throughout service. With regard to beverage pricing, our rates are aligned with those of comparable venues and establishments within the local market and destination. As for the atmosphere around the resort, Numo offers both a beachfront pool area and a dedicated quiet-zone pool. Guests seeking a more vibrant atmosphere can enjoy the music by the main pool, while those looking for complete relaxation can use the quiet pool area, where no music is played. Along the beachfront, guests can comfortably enjoy the sound of the waves and the natural surroundings. Regarding your room allocation, our investigation showed that a system malfunction resulted in your reservation being received as an Evergreen Retreat with Balcony rather than the room category originally booked. Once this was identified, our team arranged your relocation to the correct room category on the following day and provided compensation in recognition of the inconvenience. We also reviewed the room category with your travel representative, who confirmed that the room to which you were moved corresponded to the accommodation originally reserved. Concerning beach and pool towels, availability from 10:00 a.m. coincides with the opening hours of our pool facilities. This procedure is clearly communicated and forms part of our sustainability initiatives, helping us reduce unnecessary water, energy, and detergent consumption while maintaining high service standards. Finally, regarding your comments about management, we fully respect your opinion. At the same time, we would like to note that throughout your stay, our Rooms Division Manager and Hotel Manager personally met with you to discuss your concerns, provide explanations, and ensure that all matters raised were addressed.
