Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Morgens ist die Anlage sehr dreckig. Überall um den Pool liegt Müll. Es gibt anscheinend zu wenig Handtücher. Die Standtüchet sind auch noch nach dem waschen mit Flecken übersät. Die Handtücher im Zimmer werden morgen mit dem Zimmerservice abgeholt, obwohl mal sie nicht zum waschen hin gelegt hat und abends erst nach dem Abendessen wieder gebracht. Das Essen war ab und zu kalt. Animation gab es nur tagsüber abends gab es nur was für Kinder
Dusche sehr alt und kaputt. Es waren überall Flecken im Zimmer
Essen war gut nur teilweise waren die warmen speisen immer kalt.
Poolbar war kostenpflichtig. Bei All inklusive musste man an den Strand um sich was zu trinken zu holen. Teilweise machten sie erst um 10:30 auf und hatten schon um 16:30 zu

Wasser war immer voll mit Haaren und das Wasser war milchig. Das Meer war eine Bucht durch ein mauer abgetrennt sonst wäre man in Hafen gewesen. Animation gab es wen das Personal Lust hatte.

So the problem was restarted from the beginning. What we declared in this document, we gave more, not less. We love the beach bar. Unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, please see the soft all inclusive tab of our site. The dinner plate is open buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available between meal hours, and all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are unlimited between 10:00 - 23:59 in the Lobby Bar. Beach Bar Again all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 10:00 - 17:00 + limited tea time between 15:30 - 16:30 and 1 limited ice cream per person between 15:30 - 16: 00 hours Entire beach /pool towels are placed in each room on the check-in day and guests can change their clothes every day at the towel station where the aqua park is located. Of course all the dirty towels are stored to be washed once in the morning and once in the afternoon, but there are plenty of towels to be given to all our guests every day. We add extra chlorine when cleaning the pool every day and once a week or after a few days if needed to shock the pool. This is necessary 3 times a day to make sure the pool is clean for the next day, and also to measure the chlorine level at night. Unfortunately, our guests have not showered and sunscreen can affect the pool water, so all our outdoor pools are regularly maintained.
