Oscar Resort Hotel

Dear Enikö, Thank you very much for your review to Oscar Resort Hotel. First of all I would like to inform that the contraction building is out of our hotel areas. There are 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool in Spa & Wellness section, The facilities and services we publish on our hotel website are in line with our capacity. All positive or negative opinions of our guests are extremely important and valuable to us. By looking at these and similar guest comments, if we have made mistakes or there are points that we cannot see, we tend to solve the problems as soon as we can by checking them. As a result of our solution-oriented work, we know that a great majority are satisfied with us. We work hard to meet the expectations of all our guests and we take into account guest notifications.
