Dear Simone , First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our resort as a destination of your last holiday in the sunny Egypt. We are sad to hear that due to the mistake of your Tour operator driver who brought you by a mistake to the wrong area and hotel your impression from the holiday was spoiled. Rest assured my colleagues and I were standing ready to provide you with any necessary assist and exceptional care. unfortunately the transportation service is not belong to the hotel to take any actions and we believe that such a low rating given to our hotel is not really equitable and objective.
