Dear Walter, we are of course, disappointed to read that your stay with us did not reach your levels of satisfaction. As we were able to understand through your ratings and of course comments, Food & Beverage was your main concern and therefore we have noted your feedback in order to discuss these matters at our monthly hotel management meeting.
