Dear Erica, We would like to thank for your extensive feedback. Of course we are disappointed to read that your holiday experience in Aquis Pelekas Beach did not reach your expectations. All of your comments have already been reviewed at our headquarters and of course will be discussed and evaluated at our monthly hotel management as our top priority is the overall guest satisfaction Regarding your comments over the dining experience, of course we understand your position however it is a quite subjective matter and we try to cover all of our guests’ needs. Furthermore, it is our priority to renew our menus 2-3 times during the summer season. Certainly your comments will be further discussed with the Head Chef as we are in the process of redesigning our menus and services prior the hotel opening for season 2014. Regarding your comments over the stray cats, certainly in non of our properties are animals accepted, however the phenomenon of stray cats & dogs in Greece is quite common. We are doing our best in order to reduce the phenomenon in our resorts, always in collaboration with local animal protection services that clearly have the expertise. Furthermore, we would like to reassure you that every season our animation program is designed based on the needs and of course our guests profile in each property. Certainly during quiet hours our main priority is our guest relaxation and privacy therefore we act accordingly. Aquis Pelekas Beach is a resort accommodating guests of all ages and of course families and couples; therefore our animation program is designed to cover all referred groups. Of course we always advise our guests to contact us prior their booking as we are in the position to advise which our resorts suits your needs and requests. Once again we would like to thank you for your constructive feedback and we really hope that we will be able to welcome you once again in one of our resorts, With kindest regards, Chrisa Konstantopoulou Head of Marketing
