Hotel sieht im allgemeinen ganz nett aus, aber bei genauerer Hinsicht hat es keine 5 sterne verdient!! - Sauberkeit wird nicht groß geschrieben - Essen nicht wirklich zu empfehlen (fast jeden Tag Durchfall) - selbst die Getränke kann man nicht empfehlen, nicht einmal Wasser mit Kohlensäure ist vorhanden - Strand zum Teil völlig überfüllt, Besucher haben teilweise keine Liegen mehr bekommen obwohl es knapp 400 liegen gibt. - obwohl deutsch als Sprache angegeben ist habe ich nicht eine Person gefunden die dieser Sprache mächtig war (Problem für Leute die kein Englisch können) - Auf dem Balkon und im Zimmer selbst waren von Anfang an Ameisen vorhanden

    Dear Nico, Thank you for sharing your feedback online following your recent stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa. It is definitely disappointing to know that you were not satisfied with your stay. Regarding the restaurant, we were surprised you were not satisfied with the food, despite the fact that we offer a 14-day menu at our Medallion main restaurant, including 3 theme nights per week. Besides the main restaurants our guests are entitled to a complimentary meal at our Moonlight a la carte restaurant and our Italian & Burger theme restaurant during their stay. In regards to the cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Moreover, our highest ratings and praises are on the cleanliness and care from our Housekeeping team however it would have been appreciated and helpful if you had shared your view on the cleanliness of your room and any other issues you might have encountered with our Guest Relations Agents while at the hotel as try to find solutions for our guests. Concerning the entertainment and sports, we are sorry that you feel your experience was not up to par even if the animation team strives to do their best. We always receive positive feedback on the activities that our team has. We are sorry that this was not the case for you. Another issue you mention is that there were no German speaking staff member, please note that this false as many of our staff member in service do speak the language. Please note that this information has been passed on to the relevant managers as we take our guests feedback into consideration and strive to only do the best we can for our guests. Once again thank you for your comments; we very much hope that despite the issues reported you were still able to enjoy your holiday and that you would choose to visit Rhodes again in the future.
