Von drei gebuchten Zimmern standen bei Ankunft nur zwei zu Verfügung. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden wurde durch eine völlig überforderte Receptionskraft eine Lösung gefunden. Das gesamte Personal ist mit den Ihnen beauftragten Aufgaben überfordert. Positiv war, das Personal war freundlich.
