Die Zimmer sind sauber,modern da gibt es nichts zu meckern.Die vier Pools sind versetzt sauber,wenn man länger als 30 Minuten von seiner Lige weg ist sammeln die Angestellten die Handtücher ein die man sich dann an der Rezeption abholen muss,das nervt.Der Speisesaal ist sehr groß,leider zu wenig Personal ,die Kellner sieht man nur einmal danach nicht mehr,wenn man nochmal etwas trinken möchte sieht es schlecht aus.Und dann wäre da die Kakerlaken im Speisesaal die die Wände ab und zu hochklettern.Das fand ich unappetitlich.Das essen war bei uns fast immer das gleiche ,gleiche Zutaten anders zusammen gestellt aber immer das gleiche .Das Fleisch entweder kalt bis lauwarm oder zäh .Und nicht zu genießen.Die Bewertung für dieses Hotel kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Einseitiges Essen.Qualität eher schlecht
Zu wenig Kellner,die können nicht mehr als arbeiten.Zu wenig Köche für die Anzahl von Urlauber .Das Konzept hackt an Umsetzung und Qualität.
Gut man kommt schnell zum Strand und der ist sehr gut für Familien geeignet

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing Your opinion. In summer season the hotel is full, we need a little of patience from our guests. In common times as the meal ones, the restaurant could be full that’s why we have turns and timing suggestions to avoid massive concentrations. Our team always do the best to maintain a smiling and professional service and the majority of guests recognize this. We try to give a good variety with two ample buffets, a show cooking, 4 thematic nights (Asiatic,Mexican, Spanish and italian) a snack bar with hot dogs, burgers, salads and sandwiches and one à la carte dinner. We are really sorry to see that you didn't like our gastronomic offer. Because of the terrain and climatic conditions, on Lanzarote we have cockroaches and in summer they are more present. In this way we really try to control them doing frequent fumigations and follow the sanity standards with chemical products that also could affect. Best regards, M.M
