Accept my apology on behalf of your travel agency for not telling you about the pool renovation as they have been notified 3 months back, however for the guest comfort we do have other 4 swimming pools in use at the hotel along with free access to our sister hotel's facilities (FunCity). We do understand that your room was in the other wing of the hotel next to the relaxing pool. We completely understand how you feel however our Pool renovation will finish by end of March and we would be delighted to welcome you again in order to meet all your expectations.
