If you had raised awareness of the issues you had at that time, we could have taken immediate steps to address them in some way. The hotel has recently been fully refurbished and upgraded in to 4 star status and we have received many positive comments on our efforts. The location of the beach or behaviour of the beach boys are sadly beyond the control of the hotel. However, we apologize for the disappointment you have experienced because of them. Although it is not a private beach owned by the hotel, we have allocated staff to clean and maintain it. We are a dedicated Ayurveda resort and we adhere to strict principles required by it and our guests have found the experience most enjoyable. The whole concept of the hotel is based on peace and relaxation – it is not marketed as an active destination for children. We have noted your comments, and taken necessary steps to address issues wherever we can. Continuous improvement is important to us and guest comments are invaluable to that effort; so thank you for bringing the issues to our attention.
