Leider konnten wir uns nicht richtig erholen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, Kakerlake im Zimmer und der Service im Restaurant lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

Dear Alexandra, We understand your frustrations and disappointment, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the air conditioning situation. It was unpredicted and unexpected.
