Regarding the mosquitos, our team takes pest control seriously and does carry out regular treatments. However, depending on the weather, results can vary, and we regret that this affected your stay. We’ve taken note of your remarks about the variety and taste of food, especially the desserts. This is already being reviewed with our kitchen staff to improve guest satisfaction. We also regret that the entertainment program did not meet your expectations. We are working with the team to bring more energy and diversity to the activities. As you correctly mentioned, sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge, and beach towels are available with a refundable deposit.
