Für Aktivurlauber/ Rundreise, Ausflüge etc. zu empfehlen. Für einen Badeurlaub nicht ausreichend. Schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Strand.Grüne Umgebung. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Leider sehr scharfes Essen.
Insgesamt schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick. Leider musste unsere Tochter auf einem viel zu kurzem Sofa schlafen. Eine Aufbettung war nicht ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Speiseangebot war zwar sehr umfangreich, jedoch leider so gut wie ungenießbar. Das Essen war so scharf, dass selbst mein Mann, welcher normalerweise scharfes Essen mag, dieses nicht zu sich nehmen konnte. Wir waren gezwungen uns 14 Tage von Nudeln mit Tomatensoße zu ernähren. Das Getränkeangebot für nichtalkoholische Getränke war ausreichend. Die alkoholischen Cocktails haben uns nicht geschmeckt.
Sehr bemühtes Personal, stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.
Direkt am Strand gelegen, umgeben von Palmen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die örtliche Bahnstation. Der Zug ist vom Hotel aus jedoch nicht zu hören. Keine Flaniermeile.

Im Hotel gab ein Fitnesscenter mit kleiner " Bücherei". Ein Spa Bereich konnte gegen hohen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Poolanlage war vorhanen ( 2 Pools). Leider konnte nur ein Pool genutzt werden, da bei dem zweiten Pool Bauarbeiten statt fanden und dieser daher gesperrt war. Tischkicker war vorhanden. Es gabe keine abendlichen Shows. Die Animaton tagsüber war ausgeschrieben, fand jedoch nicht statt.

Dear Valued Guest, Thanking you for the time taken to share your feedback with us following your stay at our hotel. We regret to read that you were not satisfied with the culinary experience and the cocktails prepared. We wish we were informed of food being too spicy for you during your stay to our F&B & Kitchen Executives who are always present during operational hours. No such complaint was traced as we are always ready to meet the culinary experience of all our guests and upon requests the chef could have prepared food varieties that are not spicy. And as for the cocktails, we will be looking in to the matter in a serious manner and will conduct a recap of cocktail making demonstration (methods & measures) session for all the bar staff with immediate effect. Kindly note that there is animation taking place every day. There are both a day and evening entertainment program. The program of same is available at the reception desk and next to the gym. Animation is subjected to guest’s participation and we regret you were not able to attend this. We wish we were made aware of all the above concerns at the cocktail party for long stay guests with the Management Team which is carried out once a week.
