Es muss renoviert werden um mit den umliegenden Hotels mithalten zu können. Total unschön ist,dadurch das sich ein italienisches Reiseunternehmen im Hotel eingekauft hat, dass die internationalen Gäste , außer man ist Italiener, sich nur in bestimmten Bereichen aufhalten dürfen. Die Animation wurde auf eine andere Straßenseite verlegt, in einem Gestell aus Metall, ohne Dach und Seitenwänden. Richtig unterirdisch.In ein Restaurant und auch an einen bestimmten Strand darf man nur als Italiener. Das sorgt für viel Unmut. Die Lage mit dem hauseigenem Riff ist super, das Personal absolut freundlich, die Reinigung des Zimmer super, das Essen ist gut, allerdings fehlten mir mehr Dressings, Schafskäse und Obst. Das allerdings ist ja ein persönliches Empfinden.
Obwohl DZ gebucht gab es zwei Einzelbetten. Kurzerhand umgebaut 😃😂
Könnte ruhig etwas umfangreicher bzw. aufgewertet werden. Die frisch gepressten Säfte sind zusätzlich zu zahlen und kosten 2€.
Das Personal hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Stets freundlich und höflich
Das Hausriff ist super schön, ideal zum Schnorcheln oder tauchen.

Secondly we would like to clear the situation about Italian club as hotel has contract with an Italian travel agent like the contracts with different travel agents from east or west Europa the idea of Italian club inside Utopia beach club consists of Italian restaurant with Italian chef and Italian animation actually the only place they have the Italian restaurant but in the same time the other guests can eat their against extra charge the same if an Italian guest would like to eat in the main restaurant he has to pay,all service all activities in the hotel available to all our guests starting from the lobby bar ,main pool bar ,sun set bar , beach pool bar and beach restaurant bar , all sport activities available including tennis soccer bocce volley ball etc no difference between nationalities . The question why we have moved the theater outside in front of the reception is to allow the guests would like enjoy playing cards or staying with friends or families or enjoying their cocktails away from animation show so nowadays sun set bar is calm for all guests not only Italian guests , during the show the guests can enjoy also their drinks in open air during the summer but we will see what we can do during the winter moving inside or covering the tent where we do the animation show ,the theater is located in front of the reception .
