The smallest of the Gale hotels with just 40 rooms. Was reopened on 1st April 2005 after renovation. A total relaxing enviroment has been made by the colour scheme throughout the hotel. New is the wellness area with whirlpool. stream bath and sauna, a one day pass costs 7.50 euros. The staff were really friendly and every wish was not to much - service with a smile. The rooms were clean and almost every day clean towles. The bed had new matresses and they was a chose of 5 different pillows. A built in wardrobe with a hotel bag with beach towles plus a mini bar and safe. In the bathroom was a hairdryer and everything from shampoo, tempos to shoe cleaning kit and sewing kit. Recommend a hire car to experience the wonderful Algarve scenery. Not a hotel I would recommend for older children, ideal for children who want to just play on the beach, although lots of wonderful entertainment in not far away. Handy`s work fine and a recharge card can be brought in handy stores in Albuferia.

Nice room with air condition. All rooms have a balcony some facing the pool. It is a nice quiet hotel on a no through road. All rooms have a flat screen t.v. plus dvd-cd player (cd can be hired on reception). The bathroom I have mentioned above and the beds. Germany electic items can all be used.

The restaurants was first class. We only had bed and breakfast but the breakfast was super. From home made bread, cakes to cooked eggs, bacon etc to fruits, cheese etc etc. Everyones taste was catered for. Breakfast was from 7 a.m. till 11 a.m. Room service was also availabe including eveing snacks.

I can only say that everyone was very helpful mostly everyone spoke English or German.

A quiet street about 6 kilometers from Albuferia. The beach in just a few minutes away and the hotel bus can take you into Albuferia twice aday. A supermarket is within walking distance. On the beach are three resturants where one can spend an afternoon or eat fresh fish and watch the sun go down. The airport is 40 minutes away. I would recommend hiring a car to get about which can be done in the hotel or like us over internet.

The hotel has two tennis courts and a swimming pool with a childrens pool. Plenty of sun beds and sun umbrellas. New is the wellness area (mentioned above) Swimmings towles are in room. drinks and food also served outside by the pool.
