Zimmer waren schmutzig und haben feucht und schimmelig gerochen. Zimmerwechsel für 30 USD extra in anderes Zimmer was genau so gerochen hat und aussah. Haben wi abgelehnt. Essen eher schlecht, alles nur lauwarm. Es hatten viele Margen/Darm Probleme, Rezeption war bei beschwerden nur genervt, keiner konnte auf einmal nichts mehr verstehen. Wenn fragen zu etwas waren kam sofort der USD Betrag der sofort bezahlt werden sollte.

We deeply regret your room was affected by some maintenance or housekeeping issues and as a result you may have obtained a negative impression of our services. Food:We deeply regret that our gastronomic offer did not meet your expectations. Our hotel offers a wide variety both in our buffet and the specialty restaurants, with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us. we sincerely regret that you and your family were prevented from a memorable stay due to health inconveniences. We would like to emphasize that the welfare and health of our customers is of utmost importance at Vista Sol Punta Cana.Our hotel has a program that guarantees food quality in our premises. This system is monitored by international agencies and ensures that the correct food handling procedures are in place. Tests for water, food and food preparation areas are taken on a regular basis to support this program. Food service safety inspections are also done weekly by department supervisors. We strongly feel we are providing a safe and hygienic gastronomical experience. We would like to point out that certain risks are involved when travelling to the tropics, as there are various factors that may contribute to illness and may be held accountable for certain individuals to react to gastrointestinal manifestations. Please also consider that some people tolerate changes of food and seasoning differently than others.
