Ein sehr einfach gehaltenes Hotel. Das Personal ist nett. Essen ist kalt und man muss oft länger warten bis man das Essen bekommt am buffet da man sich nicht selber bedienen darf. Die gedränke beim buffet muss man auch selbst holen. Beim Check - in mussten wir drei mal das Zimmer wechseln da das Zimmer besetzt war. Die Zimmerkarten gingen mehrmals nicht und man musste dann immer zurück an die Reception.

Das Animation Team hat nicht viel geboten immer das gleiche total langweilig. Am Abend gab es ein DJ der nur schlechte Musik abgespielte und man konnte nicht mal Musik Wünsche abgeben und das Animation Team stand nur herum und hat gewartet bis sie Feierabend hatten. Also total sinnlos das Animation Team im hotel.

We deeply regret that our gastronomic offer did not meet your expectations. Our hotel offers a wide variety with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us. We regret that the entertainment was not to your liking. From 10 am on the beach we offer a very complete and usually outstanding animation program. We consider that this is a totally appropriate and consistent period of time. Our daily program includes full of activities on the beach and in the swimming pool like sports competitions, dance classes, fitness classes and water aerobics. On the other hand, our night program includes external and internal shows, live music, dances, juggling, humor, all performed by show professionals. Thanks for choosing Vista Sol Punta Cana.
