Dear Weinhem, Thank you for sharing your experience at our resort. We are glad that overall you had a pleasant experience and that you enjoyed your vacation. In regards to the room you picked, please be informed that our room sizes and layout can be seen in detail through our website and there are also plenty of other choices to choose from, as we want our guests to be fully informed before arriving at our premises. We are really sorry to hear that the room did not meet your expectations but feel free to try a different accommodation option next time. About the cold food, we sincerely try our best to maintain our food options and temperature to high standards so we have to apologize in case we did not manage to do that. There is always room for improvement and we intend to get better in every aspect in order to avoid such issues in the future. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention, as constructive feedback is always appreciated. Regarding the pool temperature, we mention everywhere that we do not have a pool heating facility as there is no need for it since temperatures in our region are really high ,scaling from 30°C to 40°C. This, of course, is not the reflective temperature of the water in our pool but still, it can be considered quite normal and enjoyable based on the remarks of most of the people that visit us every year. Our apologies if the pool temperature was not comfortable for you but we are sure that you can understand that it can be quite difficult to satisfy everyone in such sensitive matters.
