Dear Kerstin, We would like to inform you that all food items consisting of allergen ingredients are clearly, individually marked in all our menus and on the buffets. However, our kitchen is not an allergen free environment, thus we encourage guests with such restrictions to fill in our food allergies/intolerances form as soon as they will complete the booking procedure and to make themselves acquainted upon arrival to the guest service team or the F&B representative of every restaurant where all available options will be discussed in order to meet any needs. Please kindly be informed that your children may enjoy 6 children’s pools, outdoor playground, Waterpark (please see the age/height restrictions on our website – Activities – Creta Maris Waterpark), Baby Room with toys (up to 5 years, from July to August, 6 days/ week, except from Sunday, necessary presence of a parent), mini disco (6 times a week), many sports facilities and everyday animation program. Dear Anna, Kindly be informed that swimming lessons are not offered. However, our young guests may enjoy tennis lessons (on extra charge), baby room with toys (up to 5 years, necessary presence of a parent/ guardian, from July to August), Asterias children’s club (4 to 11 years old), teenagers’ club (12 to 15 years, July - August), 6 children’s pools, playground, parties at the disco, Waterpark, open-air cinema, football (5x5), tennis (2 courts), table tennis and basketball (3x3). Kindly be informed that our Waterpark consists of three main sections/areas the Spray Action (no restriction regarding the age, height or weight), the Aqua Tower which includes three different slides (children under 6 years of age can roam inside Aqua tower with direct Parent/Guardian supervision), and the Waterslide Group (all riders must be minimum 1.20m tall. Ja, das kann man - sogar mit tollem Meerblick! Im Almyra-Restaurant gibt es ein Frühstücksbuffet und eine überdachte Terrasse. Die Auswahl ist zwar etwas kleiner als im Hauptrestaurant, aber an sich ist alles da!

We would like to inform you that Creta Maris Waterpark available from 15th of May,2019, is located inside the resort’s premises, in Terra area and it is offered free of charge. It includes top-of-the-range Water Slides (5 fast slides), an Aqua Tower Pool with more than 50 Water Games in an almost 500 m² Paddling Pool and a multi-level Play Structure, including Waterfalls, Jets, Slides and a Water Volcano for children, adventurous towers, Spray Action Zone, Seating Areas and a Bar.
