Dear Ms.Nadine, During the winter season, from December 1 to February 28, the hotel pool is heated during the day to maintain a temperature between 25°C and 28°C. For safety reasons, the pool remains closed at night. In support of environmental sustainability, pool heating is regulated based on the outdoor temperature; for instance, if the ambient temperature reaches 25°C, the pool may not be heated.
