Neue, renovierte, nette Anlage abseits vom Rummel in einer für Kreta nicht so schönen Ecke. Zu beachten ist die Nähe zum Airport, Fluglärm ist etwas dominant. Gutes AI Angebot. Strandabschnitt sehr schmal und nicht immer ansprechend (Algen). Schöne Beleuchtung und schöne Aussichtspunkte (für Sonnenuntergänge) in der Anlage.
Gebucht Familienzimmer mit Meerblick (seitlicher Meerblick ja - der war da, aus dem Zimmer gerade heraus jedoch freier Blick auf eine graue Wand). Ausstattung für ein Familienzimmer gut. Wir hatten mit vier Personen genug Platz.
Gut, aber nicht sehr Abwechslungsreich. Themen-Abende konnten wir nicht besonders stark feststellen.
Die Bedienungen sind nett, durch die Corona Maßnahmen wirkte die Situation manchmal etwas angespannt.
Fahrt von Heraklion nur ca. 15 Minuten, Transferzeit also sehr gut. Dafür liegt das Hotel in der Einflugschneise der Airport. Die Flugzeuge sind schon dominat zu hören. Ort abgeschnitten, Strand sehr schmal und teilweise schmutzig (Algen).

Kleines, unaufdringliches Animationsprogramm. Rutschen-Anlage eher etwas für Kinder unter 12 Jahren - aber okay. Liegen am Pool etwas unbequem.

With regards to your comments over the seaweed, rest assured that we do operate a biological treatment system in our resort in order to completely eliminate the above issue and our engineering department is constantly working towards this direction. This particular type of seaweed is, in fact, a valuable indicator that the local marine life is healthy and balanced. It is found in only a few coastal areas of Greece. Its role is important because it oxygenates the water From time to time we collect t hem and we ask by your understanding as that depends from the wind conditions- weather forecast and it might take time before we do so. Among others this algae is particular found just on a specific small part of the beach whereas the rest 250m long sandy beach is free from it.
