Hotel grundsätzlich gut, wenn man nicht genau hinschaut, Mängel lagen im Detail. Service nicht ausgereift und passend für ein 5-Sterne-Haus, Personal ansonsten freundlich. Sauberkeit im Zimmer fragwürdig, Dusche wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt, Kaffeemaschine nicht gesäubert.
TV funktionierte nicht, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen keine Lösung, es war einfach auch niemand da, um es sich anzusehen, absolut inakzeptabel
