Manche Pools stinken, Abendshows nicht besonders, Trinkwasser hat Chlorgeruch - kein kostenloses Wasser aus Flaschen in den Restaurants und Bars, Zimmer und Teile der Hotelanlage / Pools schon sehr alt, Allergiekennzeichnungen am Buffet teilweise falsch. Essen hat gut geschmeckt, viele Restaurants mit guten Öffnungszeiten, vielfältiges Essensangebot, Unterkunft ist sauber Am Strand genügend Liegen, an den Pools nicht

Dear Mr. Stefan, We would like to thank you for choosing Creta Maris Resort for your family holidays in Crete. Your comments are welcome, and we are most grateful for the time you have taken to provide your concerns and pleasures alike. In Creta Maris, our primary aim is to make our guests feel at home and contribute to offering experiences that will linger in their mind and heart for many years to come. It gives us pride to read that you enjoyed the variety of culinary options we have created for you with genuine care and attention to the detail as well as the cleaning service of your room. It really saddens us though to know that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Concerning the pools, please allow us to mention that we follow specific regulations and procedures for the daily maintenance and cleaning of our swimming pools. For that reason, swimming pools close every day at 18:30h so we can proceed with the relevant actions as your health and safety are the top priorities for us. Furthermore, please allow us to mention that we manage water constitutes a significant pillar of our Sustainable Development strategy. We produce our water through an autonomous network, thus eliminating the transport chain, times, and storage locations. We guarantee that our water is free of harmful substances through reverse osmosis and a 5-stage filtration process, followed by regular laboratory tests. In addition, please be informed that two bottles of table water are offered in your room upon your arrival at the resort and they are replaced as soon as they finish. As far as it concerns our evening entertainment, we always try creating a wide range of options and offer a program with a variety of night shows for all while trying to let our guests indulge their spontaneous side. Every week our animation team organizes various shows such as Havana night Show, Circus Show, Dance Hit Parade etc. and live music nights such us guitar or saxophone nights in order for our guests to find the one which matches to their preference. Regarding your comment about the food labels, please allow us to mentions that it is a great concern to us and we thoroughly label all options so that our guests can be informed and make safe decisions while our chefs and F&B representatives are always at our guests disposal to provide guidance on which option meet our guest's preferences or even create dishes customized to their needs or liking.
