Eine sehr große, an sich schöne Anlage. Ein bisschen wie ein griechisches Dorf. Dementsprechend sind dort auch viele Gäste, überwiegend Engländer. Am Hauptpool gab es Morgens beim Frühstück um 08.30 Uhr schon keine einzige freie Liege mehr. Zum Teil waren die Toiletten extrem dreckig. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant war extrem laut, hektisch, voll und irgendwas lag immer auf dem Boden rum. Die Gäste ohne Kinder hatten einen wunderbaren Bereich zum Sitzen. Die anderen Gäste leider nicht. Draußen gab es nur ein paar Tische, sodass man dort keine Chance hatte zu sitzen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Seite vom Wasserpark und hatten das Gefühl dass die andere Seite vom Hotel wesentlich komfortabler war. Es gab dort frische Säfte, Salate und Obst am Pool. Auf unserer Seite gab es nur Waffeln, Pommes etc.. Was überall gleich war, war das Wasser zum trinken, was extrem nach Chlor gemeckt hat. In allem hat es zu unseren Ansprüchen und zu dem Preis absolut nicht gepasst. Ein mittelmäßiges 4 Sterne Hotel aber keinesfalls ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

If towels are placed to unofficially reserve sunbeds before our pools open in the morning, our pool attendants are instructed to remove them. We refrain from removing personal belongings or towels during the operating hours of our pools because after 9:00am we are not able to know whether guests are swimming or having a drink at the nearby pool bars. Please keep in mind that for any issue you may have during your stay, whether it’s in relation with our services or any other matter, we remain at your entire disposal, being willing to do our utmost to rectify your experience and offer the most satisfactory experience. For a more tranquil dining experience you can choose our second main restaurant, Estia or our thematic restaurants, while our Bungalow area offers quieter and relaxing options of pools and accommodation. Please kindly note that if you include a room allocation preference when making your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate it, while even upon arrival if you feel that a certain area is more to your liking, we would be happy to offer you alternative options and accommodate your request, subject to availability. Regarding our water, please allow us to mention that we manage water constitutes a significant pillar of our Sustainable Development strategy. We produce our water through an autonomous network, thus eliminating the transport chain, times, and storage locations. We guarantee that our water is free of harmful substances through reverse osmosis and a 5-stage filtration process, followed by regular laboratory tests.
