We would like to mention some things about your review that hit upon our attention. About the room you have booked we kindly note that all the descriptions regarding our rooms , leasing facilities etc. are being sent to all our partners and travel agents a year before the season started.At our webpage is published also all the details about the hotel,the rooms and the all inclusive program. We provide a lot of different types of rooms from superior to Suites with directly access to the beach. From our side as we do to all arrivals, we provide the room type is written in the voucher . we check daily the cleaning and the quality of the services given by the hotel staff Our rooms at all room types are daily cleaned except if the customer place the red card of no disturb. Our food are on the highest level with fresh vegetables and our staff is always kind and polite We would be more than happy to accommodate you again in the future . Giorgos management
