High Beach Resort

Dear Guests, We would like to thank you for choosing us for your recent holidays in Crete and for spending time in writing your personal opinion . We assure you that our aim is the guests' satisfaction and we always do our best to essure a great atmosphere in our hotel. High Beach Hotel is a 4 star hotel, situated directly on the golden sandy beach of the traditional village of Malia. The location is the perfect spot for those who want to relax, as well as for those want to live the vivid life of Malia, as it is quiet and at the same time close enough to all the happenings, just 5 minutes walk. High Beach Hotel amenities range from spa, health, and recreation facilities, gym, lounge beach and pool bar with exquisite offerings. The quality of the food we serve is one of the most important assets to us. All kinds of meat, vegetables and fruits we serve are fresh and cooked with local organic olive oil. The pastries are fresh and made in house. The main restaurant offers on a daily basis more than 20 different recipes that differ day by day, more than 20 different fresh salads and we have a live show cooking during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hygiene of our hotel is the proper one and our rooms are being cleaned and sterilized on a daily basis 7 times per week. After reading your review we would like to clarify some of the issues you mention. When you arrived at High Beach you had checked in a room which was not according to your reservation.The staff told you that for the moment your reserved room had a technical problem and for the next two days you should stay in another room. We kindly asked you to help us . You accepted it and agreed in two days to change room.As compensation you received a lot of presents and you signed the form. Be sure that if we knew that you had those complaints we would have made all the necessary actions to make you feel comfortable.We would ask other guests to help us.
