Dear mr Norbert, We would like to thank you for preferring High Beach Hotel for your recent holidays in Crete. All your kind words about our staff and our food are deeply appreciated. We also very much appreciate your time you spent in writing this feedback and share your personal opinion. After reading your review we spotted many things that need to be clear. Regarding the cleanliness of the pool and the room we cannot accept such comments as all the public areas and all the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis 7 times per week from our cleaning staff. Even though if you believed that the hygiene in our hotel was not the proper one you should have reported it to the reception staff immediately and we would have taken all the necessary action to fix this.
