Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Störungen nur doch andere Urlauber, die uns mitten in der Nacht mit Stühle rücken und Geschrei geweckt haben. Egoisten, die keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen, gibt es aber überall und das kann leider auch kein 5-Sterne-Hotel verhindern.

Die a-la-carte-Restaurants waren das Highlight. Die Mitarbeiter schnell und sehr nett. Zu einem runden Geburtstag wurde extra ein Schokokuchen mit Glückwunschtext und Kerze serviert. Dazu noch ein Geburtstagsständchen vom Restaurantleiter und seinen Mitarbeitern. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sich gut verständigen, wenn auch nicht immer in deutsch. Mit Englisch hat es aber dann geklappt.

Wir hatten ein Mietauto und haben Ausflüge zu dem Palast von Knossos, dem archäologischen Museum in Heraklion und zu dem Kreta Aquarium gemacht. Wenn man überall früh dort ist, dann sind die Warteschlangen auch nicht so lang.

Wir haben direkt am Flughafen in Heraklion einen Mietwagen reserviert und sind dann ohne Probleme zum Hotel gefahren.
