Dear Claudia, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write your review and share your experiences with us and we are happy to read that you enjoyed the cleanliness as well as the friendliness of our staff. we regret to hear that we were not able to fulfill all your expectations during your recent stay in our hotel. Please be informed that the Economy rooms have the same facilities as our standard twin rooms but are situated at less favorable parts of the hotel, e.g. on top of the Main Restaurant and usually have a restricted view. As these room types are 20% cheaper than our standard twin rooms, we believe that the rate justifies these restrictions. It is a pity we were not able to fully convince you during your stay this time. We would love to welcome you back again in the near future, maybe booking a different room type.
