We’re delighted to read that you and your family enjoyed our services as well as the variety of food we serve at our Restaurants. Our whole team tries to provide our guests with only the best service, and it is always very heart-warming when this is recognized. Further to your comment about the double beds, please be informed that almost all our room types consist of twin beds, meaning two separate beds. If you prefer the beds to be turned into a big double, we will gladly organize this; just inform our Reception accordingly. It is also a pleasure to read that your daughter enjoyed Neppi Land to the fullest and that you recommend it. During winter 2018-2019 we realized a profound renovation and extension of our Kids Club and the area covers now about 1.400m². The play area as well as the equipment meet all the latest specifications and standards and have all required certificates, making it a safe playing environment for our youngest guests.
