Dear Sonja, We would like to thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. We’re delighted to read that you and your family enjoyed the cleanliness, the friendliness of our staff and the variety of food we offer at all our Restaurants. Further to your comment about the extra charge for the sports, we would like to inform you that we are a Half Board hotel, meaning that extra charges may apply. We clearly indicate which services will be charged on our website and also on the websites of the different Tour Operators this is clearly indicated. Therefore, we regret that this disturbed you. We are sorry to hear that you describe your room as “a bit old”. We would like to inform you that we are currently in the middle of a major renovation project in the hotel and when we finish, all the rooms will be renovated. We do hope that after the complete renovation all our rooms will comply to your expectations.
