So please allow us to point out the following: Food & Beverage quality has always been one of our first priorities and we would like to reassure you that we are placing every effort to deliver the best possible result. Our food quality is one of the best you can find in an all-inclusive hotel. Considering your respectful view, everything is freshly cooked every day. We have also added our healthy corner with fresh fruits gluten-free products and freshly squeezed fruit mix. Regarding lunch and dinner buffets (and in particular our dinner), we are constantly looking for new quality products to enrich and achieve the greatest possible variety in our buffet. Every evening there is a different theme night like Italian, Greek, Fish Night, Asian, etc. There is always something for everyone from gluten-free products to vegan even sushi. Our chefs are always there to guide you through our buffets and if there is anything special that you may need, they will prepare it just for you. The hotel grounds are carefully maintained and cleaned on a schedule and on specific days, and never stay unkempt. We really put all our efforts to keep all the hotel areas like the swimming pools, gardens, etc. in very good condition. In taking great care of our hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere in all our areas and we try to take care of every detail of it. The Team of Sentido Apollo Palace is professional. Most of our colleagues belong to the Family of Apollo Palace for many years. Their main goal is to offer the best possible service, hospitality, and warm atmosphere to all our visitors. They are always trying to fulfill our customer’s wishes and expectations with their biggest smile and are always ready to go the extra mile.
