We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations and would like to express our apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay with us. We take into serious consideration all the reviews we receive from our guests, and we always try to correct any mistakes. Furthermore, we are in the process of improving all aspects of our facility daily since we are in a dynamic environment of constant change. So please allow us to point out the following: We try to make our beach as accessible as possible for all our guests as it is part of the Mesonghi area beach which due to its nature varies in every part of it. It is a very unique beach, and we do our best to maintain it properly and make it accessible for our customers. Because we know that the entrance to the sea is difficult, we have placed, as you will have noticed, in two places stairs that lead you directly to the sea and there is also a special platform where you can walk over the water and dive into the sea without having to walk on the stones at the beginning. Let us point out that beach area, we always inform our guests prior to arrival (on our website and through different channels) and upon arrival (as we are offering to all our guests an information leaflet, with all the hotel facilities and services) The Team of Sentido Apollo Palace is professional. Most of our colleagues belong to the Family of Apollo Palace for many years. Their main goal is to offer the best possible service, hospitality, and warm atmosphere to all our visitors. They are always trying to fulfill our customer’s wishes and expectations with their biggest smile and are always ready to go the extra mile. Food & Beverage quality has always been one of our first priorities and we would like to reassure you that we are placing every effort to deliver the best possible result. Our food quality is one of the best you can find in an all-inclusive hotel. Considering your respectful view, everything is freshly cooked every day. We have also added our healthy corner with fresh fruits gluten-free products and freshly squeezed fruit mix. Regarding lunch and dinner buffets (and in particular our dinner), we are constantly looking for new quality products to enrich and achieve the greatest possible variety in our buffet. Every evening there is a different theme night like Italian, Greek, Fish Night, Asian, etc. There is always something for everyone from gluten-free products to vegan even sushi. Our chefs are always there to guide you through our buffets and if there is anything special that you may need, they will prepare it just for you. Our main restaurant host daily more than 900 people three times per day. The restaurant can be crowded from time to time but also it is quite peaceful if you choose the right time. Don’t forget though that we are a family hotel, and we also host too many children along with their families. For this reason, we have also our a la carte restaurant, which is a completely different concept, but it is not included in the all-inclusive. We suppose you did not visit it as you would have understood that our hotel offers something for everybody. The hotel grounds are carefully maintained and cleaned on a schedule and on specific days, and never stay unkempt. We really put all our efforts to keep all the hotel areas like the swimming pools, gardens, etc. in very good condition. In taking great care of our hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere in all our areas and we try to take care of every detail of it.
